The California City Police Department is seeking the assistance of the community in locating a missing man who is considered at-risk.
Phillip Whitmill, a 73-year-old man, was last spotted on October 18th, around 5 p.m., in the 8800 block of Redwood Boulevard, according to the police.
Whitmill, a tall and slender individual standing at 6’4″ and weighing 190 pounds, was sporting an eye-catching, oversized bright green polo along with a pair of dark gray sweatpants.
He faces a potential risk because he has dementia.
