A 73-year-old man who was last seen in California City is the subject of a Silver Alert from the California Highway Patrol.
Phillip Whitmill, who was last seen on October 18 at approximately 5 p.m., near the 8800 block of Redwood Boulevard, is deemed at-risk, according to highway patrol officials. Whitmill has dementia, according to officials.
Whitmill weighs 190 pounds and stands 6 feet 4 inches tall. According to highway patrol officials, he was last spotted sporting dark gray sweatpants and a bright green oversized shirt.
